This notice applies to bub.pixel-project.de. It describes this website, not the complete data practices of the future released game.

2. Visiting this website
Delivering pages, images and videos involves technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser information. This serves website delivery and security, based on the legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Language and day/night mode
The website reads preferred browser languages locally. An explicitly selected language is saved as ‘bub-language’ and a selected appearance as ‘bub-theme’ in your browser's Local Storage. These settings are not sent to Pixel-Project and serve only your chosen presentation. They remain until you clear website data. The website still works when browser storage is blocked.
4. Images, trailers and tracking
Images and scripts are not loaded from external services; the website uses system fonts. The trailer is hosted on this same website, without YouTube, Vimeo, advertising scripts or autoplay. There is no own visitor analytics, advertising tracking, user account or contact form, and the page code sets no cookies.
5. Email support
An email link opens your email app. Only sending a message transmits your address, message and any attachments to our mailbox. We use them to handle your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f). Requests are retained as long as handling them and any legal obligations require. Please send only necessary information.
6. Links to Pixel-Project and other websites
External links take you to the relevant service only when clicked. Its own privacy notice applies there. This website gains no access to your data on linked websites.
7. Your rights
Where legal conditions apply, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the future. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact support@pixel-project.de for requests.
8. Information about the game
Data processing information for a future released game will be provided separately before release. This website requests neither your age nor save files or other game data.
